Job Description

  • assisting the office manager with any and all clerical needs
  • must be punctual
  • answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly
  • scanning documents into Probation Tracker
  • helping PO's with administrative tasks when needed
  • serve as back-up to intake officers when needed at court/jail
  • keeping track of supplies and placing orders when needed
  • must pass a pre/employment DS and background check
  • must have a valid drivers license
