Located in a state-of-the-art facility, we are dedicated to producing high-quality, U.S.-made products that meet the needs of our clients nationwide. American Sprinkle Co. | Pineville, NC (on-site) Family-owned, SQF-certified confectionery manufacturer The Office Manager oversees day-to-day office operations, so the plant and office run as a well-functioning, efficient, and professional workplace. This role provides administrative support to leaders and teams and owns office management: facilities coordination, vendor oversight, workplace experience, mail/packages, and light order and customer support. You will be a central point of coordination across departments, keep office systems and resources in good order, and support operational excellence. You must be comfortable working independently and as part of a small, hands-on team. American Sprinkle Co. is a family-owned manufacturer of premium sprinkles and confectionery toppings, produced in our peanut-free, SQF-certified facility in Pineville, NC. Essential job functions and responsibilities Oversee daily office operations so the workplace stays safe, efficient, and productive. Manage office systems, processes, and procedures for consistency and effectiveness. Coordinate the facility's needs, including maintenance, repairs, space, and service vendors (including Cintas, pest control, and other partners that support SQF and a clean facility). Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers (supplies, equipment, catering, maintenance, and related services). Monitor service quality and cost. Coordinate and maintain calendars for assigned leaders or teams; schedule meetings and communicate updates. Arrange meeting and visitor logistics as needed (rooms, lunches, materials, basic technology support). Order and maintain office supplies, stationery, and mail stock. Receive, handle, and track incoming and outgoing packages. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence and communications. Assist with phone overflow and respond to inquiries professionally; escalate when appropriate. Support order processing by coordinating freight pick-up. Perform light customer follow-up as assigned. Format and edit documents, reports, and presentations in Word and PowerPoint. Plan and coordinate office events, team meetings, and employee engagement activities. Greet visitors and keep a welcoming, professional first impression for employees and guests. Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and shared resources; ensure office equipment works and arrange repair or replacement. Support HR, IT, leadership, and production on operational and workplace needs. Support office-related policies, procedures, and workplace initiatives. Maintain organized files and documentation. Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and office processes. Assist with ad hoc projects. Perform other duties as assigned. Education Experience is valued over a specific degree. Associate's or bachelor's in business administration, management, or a related field is a plus, not required. Opportunity for growth.

Experience 5-8 years of administrative or office management experience preferred. Experience managing office operations and vendors in a dynamic environment. Food manufacturing, plant, or warehouse-adjacent office experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common collaboration tools.

Pay:
$41,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
