Work Arrangement:
Onsite Role Overview We are seeking a detail oriented Office Administrator / Jr. PMO Office Manager to support office administration, facility operations, and PMO activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, accurate, timely, and flexible when managing changing priorities. This role requires the ability to work independently within a small team, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and effectively plan, organize, track, and report on tasks. The candidate will also support access management, reporting, tracking, and other PMO activities as needed. Required Skills
Experience performing office administration and coordination activities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and consistent accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Ability to plan, organize, track, and report on assigned tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to monitor task status and provide timely updates
Ability to identify issues and escalate them appropriately
Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and autonomy
Ability to work effectively within a small team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs Preferred Skills
Experience supporting a PMO team
Experience with access management activities
Experience with reporting and task tracking
Experience supporting facility operations
Familiarity with project coordination and PMO processes
Experience preparing status reports and maintaining operational trackers Key Responsibilities
Perform day to day office administration duties
Support facility operation activities and coordinate related tasks
Provide administrative support to the PMO team
Support overflow access management activities
Maintain accurate reports, trackers, and task status information
Track assigned activities and ensure timely completion
Prepare and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders
Plan and organize tasks based on changing priorities
Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on pending activities
Identify risks, issues, and delays and escalate them appropriately
Support PMO reporting and tracking activities
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of assigned activities
Work independently and take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision
Support additional office and PMO activities as required Education Requirement
Relevant education in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
