Supervise healthcare staff, including nurse aides and nurses fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Maintain strict adherence to healthcare regulations including HIPAA standards, and state-specific health policies to safeguard patient information and ensure legal compliance. Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations. Proven experience in office management or healthcare practice management within a home health or clinical setting. Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA standards, and health policy compliance. Strong supervisory experience managing teams in a healthcare environment. Background in home health or patient care experience is highly desirable for understanding clinical workflows.
