Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager with specialized experience in Home Health and healthcare practice management. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily administrative operations within a medical or home health setting, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing staff, and optimizing office workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of medical office functions to foster an efficient, compliant, and patient-centered environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team while supporting the delivery of high-quality home healthcare services. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of office operations, including scheduling, referrals, timesheets and administrative workflows to ensure smooth daily functions. Supervise healthcare staff, including nurse aides and nurses fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Maintain strict adherence to healthcare regulations including HIPAA standards, and state-specific health policies to safeguard patient information and ensure legal compliance. Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations. Proven experience in office management or healthcare practice management within a home health or clinical setting. Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA standards, and health policy compliance. Strong supervisory experience managing teams in a healthcare environment. Background in home health or patient care experience is highly desirable for understanding clinical workflows.
