Office Administrator School Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM The Goddard School of Brookfield Are you a high-energy, caring professional with Early Childhood experience? At The Goddard School of Brookfield, our Administrative Team is the heart of our school community. As an Office Administrator, you will help create a warm, organized, and welcoming environment for our families, children, and staff from the moment they walk through our doors. Position Overview The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily school operations while maintaining a positive, professional presence at the front of the school. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education. Key Responsibilities Support the administrative office team with daily operations Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable resource for families and children Greet parents and visitors with professionalism and warmth Answer phones and manage general inquiries Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist teachers in classrooms as needed Help ensure compliance with school policies and licensing requirements Support special events and school activities Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture Qualifications Experience in Early Childhood Education (preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor and positive attitude Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Comfortable supporting classrooms when needed What We Offer A supportive and collaborative team environment Meaningful work that impacts children and families daily Professional growth opportunities A positive, mission-driven school culture If you're ready to bring your energy, organization, and passion for children to a school that values its team members, we encourage you to apply today!
