Location:
West Bend, WI (Confidential Employer)
Position Type:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Flexibility Required:
Occasional additional hours outside the normal shift (including early mornings, evenings, or weekends) may be needed based on deadlines or operational demands.
Salary:

Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy, proactive Office Manager to serve as the face of our Southeast Wisconsin branch. This is not just a "desk job." We need a dynamic leader who takes initiative, supports our field technicians, streamlines daily operations, and delivers elite care to our customers.

What You'll Do Oversee Daily Operations:
Manage administrative workflows, handle incoming calls/visitors, and maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
Coordinate Employee Onboarding:
Lead the new-hire setup process, including ordering uniforms, setting up tech/workstations, and preparing materials for a smooth first day.
Support Financial Admin:
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), commercial invoicing, collections, check deposits, and complete weekly payroll support checklists.
Manage Tech & Systems:
Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Office applications and serve as the local system administrator for ServiceTitan.
Execute Local Marketing:
Drive local engagement by executing the company's marketing playbook, managing organic social media, community giveaways, and sponsorships.
Lead Culture & Events:
Organize employee recognition programs, milestone celebrations, team-building activities, and company culture initiatives.
Control Inventory & Facility:
Maintain office supplies, uniforms, and snacks while coordinating with external vendors for facility cleaning, shredding, and maintenance.
Consolidate Hub & Assets:
Create tracking, labeling, and sorting systems to organize equipment and consolidate materials from multiple locations into one central hub.
Track Compliance Docs:
Manage critical administrative documentation, including permits, vehicle registrations, warranty registrations, and rebate submissions.
Collaborate Across Departments:
Provide dynamic administrative support to the General Manager and leadership teams across HR, Accounting, and Operations.
What You Bring Experience:
1+ years of proven experience in office management, administration, or a related field (home services or skilled-trades industry experience preferred).
Financial Skills:
Hands-on experience supporting Accounts Receivable (AR), commercial invoicing, collections, or other basic accounting and payroll functions.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook), with specific experience using ServiceTitan or similar business management software preferred.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, employees, vendors, and leadership.
Organization & Drive:
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
