Mac Residential is a family-owned agency dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities through Assisted Living and Community Support Services. MAC Residential Services is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our administrative team. MAC Residential Services operates group homes providing residential support to adults with intellectual disabilities. The Office Assistant will help support the administrative needs of our homes, employees, and management team. Experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or in a residential services setting is a plus, but is not required. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy office environment.

Location:
MAC Residential Services Responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office Answer and direct phone calls and respond to routine inquiries Assist with emails, correspondence, filing, and office documentation Enter and maintain information accurately in computer systems and spreadsheets Assist with employee paperwork, timesheets, scheduling documentation, and other records Organize and maintain office files Assist with preparing forms, reports, meeting materials, and other documents Help maintain accurate employee and agency records Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and other office activities Communicate professionally with employees, families, case managers, providers, and other individuals Assist administrative staff with daily tasks and special projects Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and individual-related information Provide general support to the administrative team as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous office, administrative, clerical, or customer service experience preferred DSP experience or experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and other computer programs Ability to learn agency-specific systems and procedures Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping others and keeping things organized.
