Full Job Description Position Description:
Position Summary The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure that efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers, employees, and clients by handling a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, scheduling, and document management. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for the Executive Management team. Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports and presentations. Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records. Order and manage office supplies and equipment. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors. Organize meeting, events, and company functions. Handle confidential information with discretion. Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting. Support departmental projects and other administrative tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree is preferred. Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy. Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset. Preferred Skills Experience with office management software and business systems. Knowledge of scheduling and calendar management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Experience handling confidential employee or business information. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer. Occasional lifting of office supplies and equipment up to 20 pounds. Ability to move throughout the office environment as needed.
