Part-Time Office Assistant (Mother's Hours)
Job Type:
Part-Time (25 hours per week)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, hours are negotiable (flexible around school calendars)

We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. Designed with a flexible "mother's hours" schedule, this role is ideal for those seeking a meaningful career while maintaining a school-age family routine. You will answer phones, complete data entry, and keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support:
Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, invoice collection support, and manage the general office inbox.
Data Entry & Record Keeping:
Process routine paperwork and organize files.
Scheduling:
Coordinate daily/weekly technician job schedules.
Office Inventory:
Monitor supplies, order replenishment items, and maintain common areas.
Special Projects:
Assist management with ad-hoc reporting, correspondence, and additional items that may arise.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1-3 years in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not necessary for the right candidate.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
Time Management:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently within a condensed daily timeframe.

Punctual, self-motivated, and dependable adherence to the core daily schedule.
