Position Summary Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing critical support to the General Manager, Network Manager, Construction Manager, Installation & Repair (I&R) Manager, and Engineering Manager. This position serves as a central coordination point for key operational activities and plays an important role in ensuring efficient communication, organization, and execution across multiple departments. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to Pioneer's business operations and work closely with the leadership team. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Provide administrative support to the General Manager and operational leadership team.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, conferences, and departmental activities.
Prepare meeting agendas, gather supporting information, and distribute materials in advance.
Attend meetings, take accurate notes, document action items, and distribute meeting summaries.
Track action items and follow up with managers and staff to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
Collect, organize, and maintain information from various departments to support decision-making and project management.
Assist with reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
Coordinate communication between departments and ensure information is shared effectively.
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Support the planning and coordination of operational, construction, network, and engineering activities.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency. Other Duties and Responsibilities

Knowledge of business administration principles, office management practices, and organizational processes.
Knowledge of project coordination and task management techniques.
Knowledge of meeting management, agenda preparation, and documentation procedures.
Knowledge of document management and record-keeping systems.
Knowledge of telecommunications, construction, engineering, or technical operations is preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Skills

Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of three years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting multiple managers or departments.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered Background Must be able to successfully pass criminal history check, MVR, and drug testing
Pay:
$26.07 - $32.59 per hour
