Job DescriptionIngram Marine Group is looking for a Administrative Support in the Ashland City, TN area. The Administrative Support role will be responsible for supporting the Ashland City Terminal with administrative functions such as maintaining records, preparing and editing documents and correspondence, data entry, as well as arranging travel, expense management, and schedulingWhat you will be doing:
Answering phones, screening, and routing callsGreeting visitors, customers, vendors, and applicants who walk inMaintaining department filesDistributing in-house mailInitiating routine and some non-routine correspondencePreparing reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentationsScheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinating related arrangementsOther duties or special projects as assignedSupporting department activities with regular and prompt attendance
QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Intermediate experience with Microsoft OfficeAbility to prioritizeExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalEffective interpersonal skills with a focus on customer serviceAbility to handle sensitive information in a confidential mannerTeam oriented
Education & Experience Preferences/Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
