General Description Responsible for the reception area of the spa. This includes greeting all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, stocking spa marketing materials, checking guests into the computer system and taking payment for services performed. Responsibilities and Duties

• Scheduling spa guests services while implementing proper procedure
• Greeting guests and escorting to waiting areas
• Educate guests on spa services
• Maximize books for each service professional in a fair and consistent manner
• Closing sales and encourage guests to pre-book services
• Cross-service recommendations
• Product recommendation
• Executing standard telephone procedure using appropriate customer service etiquette
• Confirming appointments
• Informing service professionals of daily schedules and/or adjustments
• Supporting retail and service staff
• Responsibility for balancing and checking register drawer
• Performing other assigned duties Qualifications
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
• Must possess basic math and money handling skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to manager time effectively
• Excellent customer service, communication and organization skills
