PT Tech / Office Assistant Trident Therapy | Ormond Beach, FL | Full-time or Part-time | $14

•17/hour, based on experience About Us Trident Therapy is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation practice (PT/OT/SLP) dedicated to helping patients recover and get back to doing what they love. Our Ormond Beach clinic is looking for a motivated PT Tech/Office Assistant to support both our clinical team and front office. About the Role This is a hybrid role split between the treatment floor and the front office. You'll assist our physical therapists with patient care under supervision, keep the clinic running smoothly, and help with administrative tasks at the front desk. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on patient interaction and wants exposure to both the clinical and business sides of a rehab practice — including students pursuing PTA, DPT, or exercise science. We're open to full-time or part-time candidates and can work around school schedules. What You'll Do Clinical support: Assist physical therapists with exercises, modalities, and treatment setup under direct supervision Prep and break down treatment areas and equipment between patients Clean and maintain equipment and treatment rooms per clinic protocols Support patients with mobility, positioning, and safe movement in the gym area Front office support: Greet patients, check them in/out, and help keep the schedule running on time Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments Support front desk staff with paperwork, patient forms, and general office tasks Help with light retail/inventory tasks (e.g., supplement or product display) as needed What We're Looking For Prior experience as a PT aide/tech or in a clinic setting is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person Strong candidates studying PTA, DPT, exercise science, or a related field are encouraged to apply Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working directly with patients Comfortable multitasking between clinical support and front desk duties Compensation & Schedule Full-time or part-time available $14
