Receptionist/Clerical Assistant We are looking for a motivated, resourceful and reliable Receptionist/Admin Assistant to run the front office and provide administrative/accounting support to the Management staff, and the overall organization of the office operations and procedures. Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area.
Answer, screen and forward all incoming phone calls, and route to the appropriate individual.
Welcome and greet visitors.
Manage all inbound and outbound mail and deliveries.
Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas.
Manage inventory of all office supplies. Order supplies as needed.
Perform a wide range of general office duties including copying, scanning, filing.
Assist AP with matching sales orders, stone/trucking tickets with invoices, and reconciling monthly credit card statements.
Assist with planning and executing company Staff Events.
Manage vehicle registrations/company I-Passes.
Fuel Reports.
Support Executive Team, when necessary, with their administrative needs.
Other administrative duties as they occur.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of Adobe is a plus. Experience in AP/AR is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and demeanor. Provide top-tier customer service by answering questions and solving problems before they even arise. Self-motivated A "go-getter" attitude with the drive to take ownership of your responsibilities. Strong time management skills, with ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
