This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, professional, dependable, and enjoys being the first point of contact in a corporate office environment.

Pleasant Prairie, WI Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00
PM Type:
Temporary, 4+ months with potential to convert to permanent What you'll be doing:
- Greet visitors and coordinate registration and building access
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Serve as a professional and welcoming first point of contact
- Assist with daily administrative and office tasks
- Communicate with employees and executive-level staff
- Support safety and security procedures as needed What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of receptionist or related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
