Southgate, MI Schedule:

Saturdays & Sundays, 8:30 AM-5:00

PM Position:

Part-Time | Approximately 16 hours per week Kneaded Relief Massage & Spa is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Wellness Coordinator to join our Southgate team! This is a consistent weekends-only position , making it a great fit for a college student, someone with a weekday job, or anyone looking for steady part-time weekend hours. What You'll Do As a Wellness Coordinator, you'll help create a welcoming, relaxing experience for our clients while keeping the front desk and daily spa operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Warmly greeting and checking in clients Answering phones and assisting with appointment scheduling Checking clients out and processing payments Educating clients about services, enhancements, retail products, and current promotions Supporting rebooking and helping clients schedule their next visit Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk and spa environment Assisting with laundry and light cleaning throughout the shift Supporting massage therapists, estheticians, and management with daily operations Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone We're Looking for Someone Who Is Dependable and committed to working both Saturdays and Sundays Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable answering phones and learning scheduling software A team player who is willing to help wherever needed Customer-service or front-desk experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Schedule Saturday:

8:30 AM-5:00

PM Sunday:
