We are a growing financial planning firm seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional office environment. As the face of our firm, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting our team with administrative duties. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude. Welcome guests and assist them in finding their way around the office. Notify staff of arriving clients and visitors. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route calls appropriately. Take and relay messages accurately and promptly. Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting visitor badges and maintaining visitor logs. Prepare meeting and training rooms for client meetings and events. Assist with administrative tasks including copying, scanning, filing, and faxing. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area, conference rooms, and common office spaces. Create and post content on the firm's social media platforms. Support the office with additional administrative responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Must be able to pass a background check. Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others as needed. What We Offer Professional and welcoming work environment.
