Busy Endodontic looking for an experienced front desk receptionist for our established speciality practice. The experienced person is essential to establishing an excellent patient experience. We are looking for a dependable and motivated team player with good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude to join our team. Because of the very high level of care we achieve, the demands are extremely high. What We're Looking For Previous dental front-office experience preferred Experience with dental insurance and insurance verification preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable discussing financial responsibilities with patients Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office Professional, positive, and friendly personality Dependable and punctual Comfortable working as part of a team Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Organization is a must! Requirements 2+ years experience or more in the dental field Computer literacy PPO Billing for dental specialties Treatment plan creation / presentation Excellent communications and customer service skills Ability to work independently and with a team This Practice is dedicated to customer service and quality patient care.
