Front Desk Associate - Job Description Edge Family Fitness is a locally owned and operated gym proudly serving the Wilsonville, Oregon community. We are seeking a friendly, reliable Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our club. Key Responsibilities Greet all members and guests warmly upon entering and exiting the club Maintain eye contact and provide excellent customer service at all times Process memberships, merchandise, and other transactions accurately using the register Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently Perform routine restroom checks throughout scheduled shifts Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and presentable Ideal Candidate Able to work independently while staying proactive and organized Comfortable interacting with members, guests, and potential new clients Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Additional Information This position has the potential to be a weekday opener (5am) or mid day (starting around 11a). There are opportunities for additional shift coverage and growth within the company for the right candidate.
