Job Description
Tempstar Staffing has immediate opening for a bilingual front desk receptionist who could also serve as an administrative onsite to one of our clients Primary responsibilities will include: Answer incoming calls (high volume of calls each and every day) Greeting guests as the enter Tempstar and assisting them with their needs. First impressions are key! Alphabetizing and filing on a daily basis Using specialized computer database and Microsoft Word / Excel Data entry and other administrative tasks Maintaining professionalism and composure in a high energy / fast paced position Acting as a back-up onsite to one of our clients which includes checking in employees at the client location, attendance tracking, assisting with employee and client inquiries, and other duties as needed The hours will be Monday - Friday, 830am - 5pm or 7am to 4pm when serving as onsite.
