You will manage the front desk, facilitate smooth daily office operations, and provide essential administrative support to our attorneys. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations:
Warmly greet clients in person and via phone, answer inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate attorney.
Administrative Support:
Manage the firm's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Document Management:
Prepare, format, and proofread legal correspondence, documents, and filings.
Office Organization:
Maintain client files, handle mail, and order office supplies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or legal assistant. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new legal software quickly. Professional verbal and written communication skills. High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
