What You'll Be Doing Greeting patients with the warmth of a beach bonfire (minus the smoke) Managing our appointment schedule like the tide — smooth and on time Handling check-ins, check-outs, and insurance questions with ease Answering phones and emails with island-hospitality energy Keeping our front office as bright and tidy as a boardwalk on a Saturday morning Being the calm in the chaos when things get a little wavy What You Bring 1+ years front desk or customer service experience (dental/ortho a huge plus!)
