Provide excellent customer service while serving as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and staff.

Perform high-volume data entry, maintaining accurate records, files, and administrative documentation.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking information, updating spreadsheets, and basic reporting.

Assist with general office administration, including filing, scanning, scheduling, and document preparation.

Support basic accounting functions such as invoice entry, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciling information as needed.
