Job Description

Jefferson Veterinary Clinic, SC is looking to add a full-time Receptionist to our team. JVC is a well-established mixed animal practice, providing compassionate veterinary care to companion animals and farm animals in the greater Jefferson County area. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, possess strong multi-tasking skills, and be compassionate and detail oriented. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting clients Checking clients in and out Answering phones Scheduling appointments Setting up new clients and patients Assisting in managing the daily flow of the practice Handling financial transactions Communicating with clients via phone, email, and texting Filing Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 8 AM - 12 noon.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$14.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
