This role processes all new vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled, prepares tax and title documents, stocks vehicles, submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles, advises the runner on daily title work, verifies that funds have been collected before processing title applications and compiles all deals, checks applications for accuracy and completeness, compiles and maintains a complete list of outstanding title work, reports to management on the status of missing or problem titles, and stays current on title regulations.
