In this role, you will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating construction projects, and ensuring the highest standards of horticulture, lawn care, and plant health. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, streamline workflows, and deliver exceptional outdoor environments that meet client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale landscaping initiatives while fostering a motivated and skilled team. Responsibilities Supervise and manage landscape maintenance crews, ensuring efficient execution of daily tasks such as lawn care, gardening, pruning, planting, and plant identification. Oversee construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Lead team management efforts by providing clear direction, training, and mentorship to crew members to promote safety and high-quality workmanship. Manage irrigation systems including installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal water efficiency and plant health. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor landscape conditions, identify issues such as pest infestations or disease, and implement corrective actions promptly. Coordinate with vendors for supplies related to horticulture, landscaping materials, equipment maintenance, and irrigation components. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations while maintaining operational efficiency across all projects. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping operations with a strong understanding of horticulture practices. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments. Knowledge of plant identification, tree care techniques, irrigation management, lawn care practices, and gardening principles. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Experience in crew management including scheduling, training, safety protocols, and performance evaluations. Technical skills related to irrigation systems installation and maintenance; familiarity with construction processes is a plus. Excellent communication skills paired with problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively.
