Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Operations Manager with over three years of hands-on leadership in landscape maintenance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and coordinate comprehensive landscaping projects, ensuring the highest standards of lawn care, gardening, irrigation, and construction. Your expertise will help shape vibrant landscapes while fostering a positive, safety-conscious work culture. Duties Supervise and support field supervisors, crew leaders, and technicians Plan and manage daily/weekly schedules for maintenance and installation teams Ensure proper staffing levels and resource allocation across jobs Monitor productivity and implement improvements to increase efficiency Oversee landscape maintenance and/or installation projects from start to finish Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is on track Serve as a point of contact for key clients regarding service delivery Address client concerns, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships Support account managers or sales team in retaining and growing accounts Manage job costing, budgets, and labor targets Track expenses, monitor profitability, and reduce waste Assist in estimating and bidding processes when needed Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with regulations Conduct safety meetings and training sessions Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment Hire, train, and mentor field staff Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture Oversee maintenance and usage of trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment Ensure assets are properly tracked, maintained, and utilized efficiently Requirements 3-7+ years of experience in landscaping, construction, or related field 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and/or installation practices Experience with scheduling, budgeting, job costing, and team management Bilingual (English/Spanish) often preferred Problem solving and decision making Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment Familiarity with construction processes related to landscaping projects Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of safety standards relevant to landscape operations and construction sites Excellent organizational skills coupled with strong leadership qualities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes! Pay:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
