About the Role This is a skilled, hands-on position for an experienced Hardscape & Outdoor Living Crew Leader who knows the craft and can own a project from start to finish. This is a year-round position with steady, consistent work through all four seasons.

Location:
Based in Indian Trail, NC with projects throughout the surrounding service area What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a hardscape crew of three from site prep through final completion Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, garden walls, and outdoor living features Perform excavation, grading, base preparation, compaction, and drainage installation Measure, lay out, cut, and install pavers, wall block, caps, and related materials with precision Install and troubleshoot irrigation systems and low-voltage landscape lighting Read project plans and specifications and translate them into field execution Determine materials, quantities, equipment, and labor needed for each project Assist with evaluating and pricing landscape and hardscape projects Train, develop, and hold crew members accountable to quality and safety standards Communicate professionally with customers when needed and leave behind work you're proud to put your name on What You Bring Required Significant professional experience in hardscape or landscape construction Proven experience leading a crew Strong knowledge of paver and retaining wall installation — base prep, grading, drainage, and finishing Ability to independently assess a project and determine the best installation approach Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strongly Preferred Irrigation installation and troubleshooting experience Landscape lighting installation experience Experience estimating material quantities, labor, and project costs Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding, fully outdoor role. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, handle block, pavers, and stone, operate construction equipment, and perform sustained physical construction work in varying weather conditions.
