A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

What You'll Do As a Landscape Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced Crew Leaders and teammates to bring landscape designs to life and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. This is a hands-on role where your effort and attitude directly impact the quality of the finished product.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with landscape installation and maintenance projects Following project plans and instructions from the Crew Leader Operating hand tools and landscape equipment safely and efficiently Working as part of a team to meet quality, safety, and timeline standards Representing Druffel Design & Landscape professionally on job sites What We're Looking For We're looking for people who want to do quality work and be part of a team—not just punch a clock.
Required qualifications:
