Brentwood Landscape & Design, Inc in Alexandria KY, is seeking an experienced landscape installation foreman. Required job skills include the ability to read landscape plans, basic knowledge of landscape plants, experience installing landscapes with technical skills such as grading, planting, pruning, edging beds, mulching and chemical application. Hardscape installation skills should include modular stone and natural stone retaining wall construction, paving stone installation and construction of pergolas and arbors. The candidate should have experience and skill in managing a crew and the ability to keep employees motivated and projects on budget. Record keeping is an important skill required for this position. Equipment operation experience should include bobcats, dingos, dump trucks and hand tools. The applicant must have a minimum of one year experience managing a landscape crew at an established landscaping company. Salary is commensurate with experience and skill level.
