Gold Coast Property Maintenance LLC is looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscaping Field Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience operating weed whackers and other landscaping maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities:

Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing lawns, trimming, pruning trees and shrubs, planting flowers, installing mulch, and completing general property cleanups Conduct routine grounds maintenance, including weed control, edging, mulching, and debris removal, to keep properties clean, tidy, and attractive Safely operate weed whackers, lawn mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping equipment Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Properly care for equipment and report any mechanical problems Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders Work safely and efficiently as part of a team Maintain a professional appearance while working at customer properties

Requirements:

Previous landscaping or property maintenance experience preferred Must know how to safely operate a weed whacker and basic landscaping equipment Must be reliable and arrive at work on time Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors in different weather conditions Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must have reliable transportation to and from work A valid driver's license is preferred but not required

Schedule:

Full-time Monday through Friday Some Saturdays may be required Seasonal overtime may be available

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
