Fall & Winter Lawn & Landscape Employee Ace Landscaping LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking employee to join our team for the fall and winter seasons , with the opportunity for permanent, year-round employment for the right person. Job Overview This position will assist with a variety of seasonal landscaping and snow removal work. Employees should be comfortable working outdoors, working both independently and as part of a crew, and performing physical work in changing weather conditions. Responsibilities Assist with lawn maintenance and property maintenance Perform fall cleanups , including leaf and debris removal Blow off lawns, walkways, patios, and other areas Assist with pruning, bed maintenance, and general landscape cleanup Help prepare properties for the winter season Shovel snow and clear walkways, steps, and entrances Plow snow when qualified and assigned Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment Keep trucks, trailers, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Follow job site instructions and company standards Work safely and efficiently as part of a team Be available for snow events , including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary What We're Looking For Dependable and reliable Hardworking and willing to learn Able to work outdoors in cold and changing weather Comfortable with physical labor Able to work independently and with a crew Positive attitude and good communication Landscaping or snow removal experience Seasonal to Permanent Opportunity This position is intended to provide fall and winter work , but Ace Landscaping is willing to offer permanent, year-round employment to employees who are dependable, hardworking, and a good fit for our team. Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
