Requirements Prior outdoor work experience or background in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred. Mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment and landscape tools is highly desirable. Ability to operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
