Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools to maintain grass, shrubs, and trees. Perform landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, trimming, and flower bed maintenance to improve aesthetic appeal. Identify various plants, trees, and pests to support healthy landscape growth. Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and injuries. Conduct routine grounds maintenance tasks such as edging, fertilizing, aerating, and debris removal. Use hand tools effectively for detailed gardening work and landscape enhancements. Requirements Prior outdoor work experience or background in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred. Mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment and landscape tools is highly desirable. Ability to operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
