Lawn Care Worker / Lawn Technician Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lawn Care Worker / Lawn Technician to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role involves performing various lawn and landscape maintenance tasks to ensure our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have outdoor work experience, a strong focus on safety, and a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment while contributing to the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers to maintain lawns and landscaped areas Mow, trim, edge, and blow leaves to achieve a clean and professional appearance Assist with planting, mulching, and other landscape enhancements Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure personal safety and that of team members Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding job status or specific instructions Skills Prior outdoor work experience preferred; familiarity with lawn care equipment is a plus Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures in all tasks Ability to operate lawn maintenance tools safely and efficiently Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards Good communication skills for teamwork and client interactions Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately Join our team if you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering exceptional landscape maintenance services.
