Overview We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and restoring roofs, with a strong understanding of various roofing materials and techniques. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Roofer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal. Build and restore roofing structures, ensuring durability and weather resistance. Conduct inspections to assess the condition of roofs and identify necessary repairs. Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete remodeling projects. Estimate construction costs accurately for roofing projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols. Assist with general construction tasks efficiently. Skills Proven experience in roofing, including tpo laying and common wood framing layouts. Strong work-ethic with a background in remodeling and general construction. Ability to perform construction estimating for roofing projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work at heights and handle physical labor associated with roofing tasks. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
