YARD WORKER / LOADER OPERATOR

DOE Schedule:

Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as needed

Full-Time About the Position We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Yard Worker / Loader Operator to join our concrete company in Willow Springs, MO. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a front-end loader and be comfortable working in an outdoor yard environment. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team, and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized work area. Responsibilities Operate a front-end loader safely and efficiently. Load, move, and organize materials throughout the yard. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard. Help with general yard and concrete-related tasks as needed. Perform routine equipment inspections and report mechanical issues. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Work cooperatively with drivers, plant employees, and other team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous front-end loader experience required. Experience in a concrete, construction, aggregate, or industrial environment is a plus. Ability to safely operate heavy equipment. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Able to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving materials. Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions. Valid driver's license preferred. Schedule & Pay Starting pay: $18.00 +/hour Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays) Full-time position Opportunity for increased pay based on experience and performance Why Join Us?
