Job Description

FORCINE is growing our Shotcrete team and looking for an experienced Shotcrete Nozzleman who takes pride in quality workmanship, knows the importance of proper technique, and wants to be part of a team building something for the long term. Bring your experience, sharpen your skills, and grow with us as we expand our Shotcrete operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and controlling the shotcrete nozzle to properly apply material Applying shotcrete to walls, foundations, structures, and other surfaces according to project specifications Maintaining proper nozzle technique, material consistency, and application thickness Working closely with the pump operator and shotcrete crew to ensure safe and efficient placement Inspecting the applied shotcrete for proper coverage, finish, and quality Setting up, cleaning, and maintaining shotcrete equipment and hoses Following project specifications, safety procedures, and industry standards Maintaining a clean and organized work area Assisting with other shotcrete and construction tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED and prior construction experience preferred Knowledge of shotcrete materials and mixing techniques Nozzleman certification Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently as part of a team Excellent physical condition to perform the manual labor required Ability to work in various weather conditions Willingness to travel to different job locations as needed Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Positive attitude and willingness to perform other tasks as needed Must have a Valid Driver's License Physical & Work Requirements This is an active construction position that involves physical work throughout the workday. Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation , including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and working with construction materials and equipment. The position may require working outdoors and in varying weather conditions, including periods of heat and cold. The work environment may also include exposure to construction noise, dust, mist, fumes, moving equipment, and other jobsite conditions. Forcine is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Pay:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
