Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Post Frame Construction Foreman to lead and oversee all aspects of post frame building projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing construction teams, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a thorough understanding of construction management software and technical drawings. As a key leader on-site, you will drive project efficiency, uphold safety regulations, and foster a collaborative work environment to deliver exceptional results on every project. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately. Coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction scheduling software to meet deadlines. Manage project budgets, track costs, and oversee procurement processes including contracts and change orders. Enforce OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Review construction drawings for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly. Oversee quality control measures, ensuring work meets industry standards and client expectations. Supervise subcontractors and manage crew assignments to optimize productivity on-site. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and communication. Conduct regular site inspections using tools like ohmmeters to ensure electrical systems meet safety standards. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate project progress effectively. Experience Proven experience in heavy timber or post frame construction management with a strong background in commercial projects. Demonstrated ability managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment with excellent supervisory skills. Extensive knowledge of construction safety regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols. Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, or similar platforms. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for accurate implementation on-site. Experience coordinating construction schedules and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of budgeting processes, cost control measures, and construction estimating techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with management teams, clients, subcontractors, and crew members to ensure smooth project execution.
