You don't need to be a professional mechanic, irrigation technician, or construction specialist. However, you should be someone who can look at a problem, figure out what needs to be done, and get it handled. The right person will be comfortable leading a crew, setting up a job, operating equipment, troubleshooting problems, and working alongside the team when needed. We value experience, common sense, reliability, mechanical ability, and problem-solving skills more than simply having a specific number of years in the industry. Compensation $80,000-$90,000 annual salary, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This is a year-round position with winter responsibilities involving snow and ice operations. If you are an experienced landscape professional looking for a stable, long-term position where your knowledge and ability are valued, we would like to hear from you.
