Bill's Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping Inc. is looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Landscape Field Supervisor / Working Foreman to join our team. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in the landscaping industry and is a true hands-on problem solver . This is not a desk-only management position. We need someone who can set up jobs, work independently, lead crews when needed, troubleshoot equipment, and step in to get things done. What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of landscaping and/or landscape maintenance experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape installation
  • Ability to set up jobs and crews and make sure work is completed correctly and efficiently
  • Ability to complete smaller landscape projects independently from start to finish
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot landscaping equipment
  • Ability to perform minor equipment and machinery repairs
  • Experience operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
  • Snowplowing experience required
  • Ability to troubleshoot snowplows and handle common problems and minor repairs during snow events
  • Must be available on-call for winter snow and ice events , including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays when necessary
  • Basic knowledge of sprinkler and irrigation systems
  • General handyman skills and the ability to figure things out
  • Able to work independently without constant supervision
  • Dependable, responsible, organized, and able to take ownership of assigned work
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has spent years in the landscaping industry and has developed a broad range of practical skills.
You don't need to be a professional mechanic, irrigation technician, or construction specialist. However, you should be someone who can look at a problem, figure out what needs to be done, and get it handled. The right person will be comfortable leading a crew, setting up a job, operating equipment, troubleshooting problems, and working alongside the team when needed. We value experience, common sense, reliability, mechanical ability, and problem-solving skills more than simply having a specific number of years in the industry. Compensation $80,000-$90,000 annual salary, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This is a year-round position with winter responsibilities involving snow and ice operations.
