On Point Dirt Works, a locally owned and operated excavation company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial excavation, site prep, grading, trenching, and more across the Treasure Valley and Valley County areas.

Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, backhoes, skid steers, and loaders Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance Read and interpret site plans and grade stakes Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Work efficiently in a variety of job site conditions and terrains Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Strong knowledge of excavation practices and safe equipment operation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to travel to job sites throughout
