Construction Laborer — No Experience Needed New Star Excavation, LLC | Star, Idaho | Full-time | $20-$22/hr to start Want a real career in construction, not just a job? We're a Treasure Valley excavation company, and we'll train hardworking people who show up and want to learn. Many of our pipe layers and operators started as laborers. What you'll do Work with the pipe and grading crews on sewer, water, storm drain, and site prep Run compaction equipment (jumping jacks, plate compactors) and hand tools Check grade, shovel, rake, and help keep the jobsite clean and safe Help with traffic control and site setup Learn the trade from experienced crew members What we're looking for Shows up on time, every day Good attitude and willing to learn Can work outdoors in all seasons and handle physical work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in construction, landscaping, or farm work is a plus, but not required What we offer $20-$22/hr to start, with a raise at 90 days A clear path to pipe layer and equipment operator, with pay increases as you learn new skills Paid OSHA 10 / trench safety training CDL sponsorship for the right people Retirement / paid time off / paid holidays Overtime / year-round work / steady schedule

Schedule:
