We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Manager/ Estimator Assistant to support our project management team with day-to-day construction operations. This position provides hands-on experience in project coordination, estimating, scheduling, document management, and field support. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination activities. Support preparation and review of project documents, RFIs, submittals, permits, and reports. Assist with quantity takeoffs and basic cost estimating. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Track material orders, deliveries, and project progress. Maintain organized project files and documentation. Assist with reviewing plans, specifications, and construction drawings. Attend project meetings and prepare meeting notes as required. Assist in monitoring job site activities and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Pay:

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
