Job Summary The primary goal as an Onsite Operations Admin is to assist with any applicable task that helps the wind project run smoothly. This position is mainly responsible for accurately processing the sites' weekly employee timecards, booking travel arrangements, assisting in pre-construction efforts, inspecting and documenting all construction activities and supporting the on-site management teams. The Onsite Admins' contributions are vital to the success of our projects. Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Pre-construction Maintain project documents, site plans, electrical collection cable layouts, access road drawings and other balance of plant or repower engineering documentation 2. Communication Maintain clear and consistent communication with all team members, providing regular updates on progress and any potential issues Take part in Plan of the Day (POD) and End of the Day (EOD) meetings if required Effectively communicate with Site Leads and Management Attend all Teams meetings assigned 3. Timecard Validation/ Cost Center Assignments Process all site employee timecards to be turned over to payroll timely, including verifying per diem/meal reimbursement and work hours, ensuring proper job/task/punch coding, working with supervisors for any timecard corrections required Utilize new hire report from HR to ensure employees are assigned the proper cost centers timely 4. Documentation and Reporting Prepare and distribute an accurate and presentable weekly man hour report Maintain weekly office equipment accountability. Upload scanned documents into Procore 5. Tracking Update task trackers daily for all construction activities Track online LMS training (navigate and understand the Power BI report) Track needed training for
DTC, SWI
Training Hours/Manpower Tracker RAP tracking (if required for PWA jobsite) 6. Scheduling Schedule travel arrangements in Melon as needed for training and rotations Assist with scheduling training both onsite (LMS) and offsite (DTC) Assist HR in scheduling drug screens for new hires as needed 7. Other responsibilities Other duties as requested to assist site teams, including supply runs, mail runs, Teams meetings, on-site new hire orientations, assisting employees and supervisors with company software applications, and assisting in directing employees to the proper department for specific questions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience (energy, construction, or industrial environment preferred). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience with timekeeping systems and document management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per day
