As a Co-Manager, you will work side-by-side with experienced leaders while helping drive daily operations, team development, customer experience, and sales performance at one of our high-volume locations. What You'll Do:

Help lead daily operations of a high-volume Drive & Shine location Coach, motivate, and support team members Learn all aspects of operating and leading a Drive & Shine location Drive customer service and membership sales performance Support staffing, scheduling, and operational goals Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready facility inside and out Help maintain the building, grounds, and landscaping appearance Lead by example through energy, professionalism, and teamwork We hire leaders who are HUNGRY | HUMBLE |

SMART REQUIRED

A min of 2.5 years of Leadership experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, automotive, or service industries Experience with vehicle maintenance is a plus, but not required, training will be provided. Strong communication and people skills Hands-on leader willing to work alongside the team daily Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Organized, energetic, and customer-focused Coachable with a strong desire to grow into future leadership opportunities

Physical & Work Environment:

Work outdoors in hot, cold, wet, snowy, and changing weather conditions Stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift Perform hands-on cleaning and site upkeep regularly Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed Maintain a fast-paced environment while keeping safety and appearance standards high
