The permanent full-time Business Development Manager role offers $100,000-$200,000 per annum plus bonus incentives with Midwest travel. How you'll contribute Open doors with general contractors and owners for steel erection awards Lead pursuits on structural steel packages of 5,000+ tons Track upcoming bids, competitor activity, and Midwest forecasts Travel across the Midwest to advance pursuits and deepen client ties Represent an AISC-certified Michigan erector wherever decisions happen You bring Sales or BD experience in steel erection, structural steel, or heavy construction Experience winning large Midwest tonnage work Ties to general contractors, fabricators, or owners preferred Ready for frequent Midwest travel Persuasive communicator who follows through to award
