About the job Superintendent- Commercial Construction | Lead Major Projects with an Established Massachusetts General Contractor A well-established and growing Massachusetts general contractor is looking to add experienced Superintendents to support a strong and expanding project backlog throughout Greater Boston, the South Shore, and Cape Cod. What you'll be doing Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout Lead subcontractors and coordinate all onsite construction activities Maintain project schedules and drive milestones Partner closely with Project Managers and project leadership Oversee site safety, quality control, and logistics Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving Take ownership of successful project delivery What we're looking for Proven Superintendent experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager Experience delivering ground-up and/or complex renovation projects Strong subcontractor management and scheduling experience Excellent field leadership and communication skills Experience within healthcare, life sciences, multifamily, higher education, commercial, public, institutional, or similar construction Ability to independently manage day-to-day jobsite operations What's offered Highly competitive compensation Strong annual bonus opportunities Vehicle/car allowance Comprehensive healthcare and retirement benefits Generous PTO Strong, long-term project backlogs Clear opportunities for career advancement Local Massachusetts projects with established, respected contractors
