The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager should have: 10+ years of project management experience with a Commercial General Contractor Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $10M+ Multifamily construction experience preferred Strong financial management, scheduling, and client-facing experience Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
