Demonstrate proven management experience within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment. Maintain legal eligibility to work in the United States. Desirable Requirements for Seasonal On-Site Manager Utilize intermediate computer skills to manage daily operations, track productivity, and generate reports. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and operational metrics accurately. Implement and monitor staffing levels to meet client-specific productivity expectations and operational demands. Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with client representatives, applicants, and internal teams.
